Eber married a Mary Jane Moseley but he died and she married John Parkes in 1918

I think John Parkes was brother of Eber Parkes because on 1939 Register he is shown as a Sett Dresser which family also were involved in
1939 Register 136 Halesowen Street Rowley Regis Dudley Staffs.
John Parkes born 1/9/1874 Sett Dresser (retired)
Mary J. Parkes born 17/7/1874
Right family as daughter Mary Jane Parkes married in 1916 from same address
Need help to confirm brother John married is brother's widow as age does not tie up and cannot find John Parkes on 1901 and 1911 Census
Also think Mary Jane Moseley connects to Moseley family on bcc but there are two born at same time and on marriage to Eber Parkes father noted as Henry Aston
