No, it's a different James I think according to this..

I have this:- In 1871 three Barnsley children are in William and Caroline's household. Elizabeth Barnsley aged 12, Ann Barnsley aged 10, and Matilda aged 7. Club Buildings Cradley Heath. Linell.
