The problem is that nowhere does John use the name of Blackhouse and tother John was born Stourbridge and not Dudley.

I have ordered the John Blackhouse Dean birth cert.
Lets see what that says...

I can not see John B later, unless his Mum married and he took on another surname?

Yes grangers, thanks for getting that. Sure I sent for a paper one for John B years ago and I could specify that I only wanted it if his father was James. They just returned the cheque.
