Henry Tromans was a chainmaker and all his children including himself were born in Rowley Regis.
His wife Elizabeth was born in Bristol.
1851 census living 87 Cradley Heath.
1861 living 96 New Town.
I was wondering where New Town was and it seems to be close to Bowling Green which i think is on the Rowley to Dudley road just past Springfield.
One of the witnesses at Eliza 's wedding is Martha Tromans. Her sister?

Thanks Rob
do you fancy finding Daniel and Eliza on a census just to confirm her age and where born?

If New Town is in Cradley Heath, then it turned into New Town Lane. It's the road that runs from St Lukes Church towards Netherton turning into Cradley Road at the border.

Bob just to let you know that the nos above are scheduled nos for the households
not house numbers but the enumerators system
two slashes on page indicate a new house
one slash is the next lot/family sometimes in the same house
think that is it
someone correct me if wrong
we want Bob to get it rite
he was only saying to me today he aims to be the best genealogist going
