Closest I can see, census image says born Birmingham,
Only one about that time, with that name,

According to a couple of family trees this one died in 1907 in Derbyshire,
parents William James Bromwich and Sarah Ann Goodhall.

There is a tree on Ancestry that has this marriage but Lily was with the family in 1911.

She is his next door neighbour
