(Complete) John Aston 1851/1861

I am trying to find John Aston on the 1851 or 1861 census , John was age 24 in 1863 when he got married and was a puddler , his father was Samuel who was a stocktaker.
I would appreciate any help with this please.

annie you dont say where he from if you got the 1871,81 census post them they might help people

Hi Peterd

I'm afraid I don't know where he was born, he never appeared on the census with his wife Harriet because he died in 1868, they married at dudley so have been trying all those who were living round the Black Country area but can't see one with a father named Samuel. :(

1861 must be an error, Samuel is still with Rhoda.

Hi Jimmy, Farside & Northern Lass Thank you so much for finding my family , they have been sending me cross eyed trying to find them, John Aston died in 1868 so he was not on a census with his wife and family.

The census says she was born Darlaston.
