absconded from Stourbridge on 11th ultimo, charged with embezzlement
JOSEPH CARTWRIGHT a ginger beer bottler 25 yrs of age, 5 feet 1 or 2 inches high, pale complection, dark brown curly hair, slight whiskers & moustache, slender build, right hip grown out, and walks very lame. Fond of singing in low public-houses.
Informatioin to Mr Supt. Wheeler, police office Stourbridge, Worc who holds a warrent for his apprehension - Bow Street November 14
