One of Samuel Birch & Phoebe Boweter's daughters was Mary Ann:
Name: BIRCH, MARY ANN
Mother's maiden name: BOWETER
GRO Reference: 1839 M Quarter in DUDLEY UNION Volume 18 Page 299

There is a possible marriage:
Marriages Jun 1865 (>99%)
Birch Mary Ann Dudley 6c 188
Wesbury John Dudley 6c 188

There is extra evidence as Mary appears in the 1891 Census, visiting in the household of her widowed brother-in-law William Short:
Mary A Wesbury Visitor Widow 52 assistant grocer Dudley Worcestershire

But I can't find Mary & John between their marriage and that Census Record.

Please can anyone find them?

Insert slaphead smiley here. I'd assumed that the search engines would find Westbury as an alternative spelling to Wesbury so hadn't looked for it independently.
I think that Census must be Coseley, as I said on the other thread I knew I'd seen Coseley somewhere, but I'd got it completely wrong, it's on Samuel & Phebe's son Thomas' (Mary Ann's brother) Baptism Record so those other records you found could well be relevant.
Thanks for the other info, I'll see what else I can dig out.
