Perhaps that was Joseph's second marriage? Harriet born previously to another mother?

Perhaps Arthur in the 1841 is also from the first marriage?

so I think those look good for mother Sarah
and then Arthur and Harriet bro and sis
think we could go with that

One thing I wondered about was Harriet as sister to Arthur in 1871 age 18??

Louisa and Harriet Powell are possibly daughters of William and Mary Powell, baptised in Walsall (IGI extracted) and it could be the same Harriet but I can't tie it all together.

I will add mother Sarah and a brother arthur for Harriet
and the other bits
