ARC TBC Ann Parkes 1845 Garratts Lane

Picked up a birth certificate for Ann Parkes born 25th August 1845 mother Mary Parkes residence Garratts Lane. No father named. Tried to fit it in with Ann and Mary Rose ne Parkes Siviters Lane 1851 census living with Abraham Parkes and family. Garratts Lane seems too far away. Though the information might be useful to someone and fit in with some other Ann and Mary Parkes unmarried living in Garratts Lane 1845 ish. Ann Rose is on connections spelt Anne

On BCC we also have her having a son, Thomas. That surely is wrong as she would have only been 11 when she had him??

I would think Mary rose, age 24 is Ann's mother.

Martha Willets was born before her mother's marriage to Edward Willetts so took a guess maybe Ann was born before her mother's marriage to Joseph Rose. Joseph and Edward both miners. Hate loose ends. Any Mary or Ann Parkes living in Garratts lane. 1841 or 51,61.

But he is still there later census and when married no father. His birth as Old hill. Is that not near Garratts lane. I know women can have children early... Just doesn't add up to me?
