On the GRO birth index, the Mother's maiden name for the sons Isaac & John is Smith, for the daughters it's Blunn.

I think this Sarah Jane Smith on BCC is the illegitimate daughter of Hannah Smith, with Hannah then married Samuel Blunn in 1857.

and looks like her on Bcc and that is her marriage
