My first time posting to a forum like this so apologies for any gaffes and all help appreciated.

Have been doing my family's history (HOLLOWAY) and worked my way back to henry HOLLOWAY (Born abt. 1809, Saltwells, Dudley). Here's a link to tree of henry's descendants that i've worked out so far...

I've noticed that some of those folks can be found at Black Country Connections including...

arthur HOLLOWAY (Born abt. 1857, Cradley Heath)

henry HOLLOWAY married twice, firstly to mary ROSE (Born abt. 1811), and they had their son thomas HOLLOWAY (christened at St. Thomas, Dudley, 8 March 1840)... thomas HOLLOWAY went on to marry betsy PEARSON (Born abt. 1843 in Worcestershire)... thomas HOLLOWAY and betsy PEARSON married at St Thomas, Dudley, 6 Jan 1836). thomas HOLLOWAY and betsy then moved to Lancashire (!!)

henry married again in the mid 1850's to harriet (*possibly* harriet SIMCOX), and they had children... arthur HOLLOWAY who married louisa STRINGER (as above)... also joseph HOLLOWAY (Born abt. 1859 in Rowley Regis) and Mary J HOLLOWAY (born about 1862).

joseph HOLLOWAY and harriet had two children... joseph HOLLOWAY (Born abt. 1890, died in WWI in 1918) and Bessie HOLLOWAY (Born abt 1891 in Dudley).

So... any information on henry HOLLOWAY (Born abt. 1809 in Saltwells) and his ancestors/descendants would be very much appreciated...

I can look up that marriage see if on the simcox one father is a Thomas for Henry

the other one is not the correct one and is here

that looks good Jimmy have you access to 1861 see occupations? etc

Still no full access, I search by putting in parents names, but you only get people with the same surname in the household.

I have joined up Henry with Arthur need look up on arthur and look up on Henry should be fathers Henry and Thomas
