Fudge - Dudley, Tipton & Sedgley.--awaiting birth info

Hello All
I'm new to the forum and looking for advice or pointers to unravel a set of conundrums I find myself with.
I'm a descendant of William Fudge 1808-1891 through his son William 1835(?)-1866. All records, for William Fudge jnr seem to indicate that he was born in 1835 (census and his death cert.) However, I can't find any baptisms for a William in or around 1835. However the 1841 census (Harts Hill) records one William aged 8 (1833) with a William and Eliza Fudge - there is a burial record for Eliza Fudge 02 April 1848 (abode Harts Hill).
William Fudge snr moves to Stoke on Trent and they appear on a census together (1861 canning street) I can only assume that William snr returns to the Black Country after his sons death in 1866.
William Fudge snr marries Sarah Perry 24th February 1834 St Martin's Tipton. I think she then dies with a burial date of 10 June 1837 (St Martin's, Tipton). On the wedding record they are both describe as widow and widower. However, I can find no marriage record for a William Fudge in the locality other than his parents at Sedgley in 1803 (William Fudge and Sarah Jane Perry) - He also then marries Delilah Massey (11th June 1849 Rowley Regis) and has a number of children with him before dying in 1891.
Three main questions
1. Any ideas about the baptism for William Fudge jnr?
2. Any clue/record for a William Fudge marriage pre. 1834?
3. William Fudge snrs father married at Sedgley 1803 and I'm querying where he might have been before then - there is a William Fudge recorded in the 1841 census (Birmingham Street) aged 60 but originating in Worcestershire. I can find no baptisms for around this time for a William fudge in the locality. At some point this family name presumably moved from the South West.
Many thanks
