Oops - I think I've mixed something up - she was definitely a Hall! The parents were Robert & Mary HALL (not Jones).

Jane HALL was bapt 12 June 1791 d of Robert & Mary HALL

Note : Susannah b 1785 who married Joseph Smart was a Hall (not Jones) - Janes sister.

Think I need to post the links to the other families- Woodcock/ Green/ Wilmot etc : the court case took decades so there are lots of documents- and all of these families descend from Lord Dudley- I love the way Grazebrook put it - 'wandering around in glorious obscurity'
