Stated on his marriage he is a widower.

Have to get looking! Is interesting this.
Some bits I have read say Benjamin was a good person and Jane liked a drink and now i forget the pub they had! :o He didnt like her "thieving"family and a sister was called Emma?
Would the children go in care or family? Wonder what prison Benjamin was sent to?

It says in the newspaper report that Jane was 27, so born about 1832.
