I can't find Eliza before her marriage at all! I can find an Eliza Foster with father Edward but no reason to think she should be Parkes. Sorry. Anyone else any better?

No clues at all as far as I can see. Post-wedding she is there, sam eage, same birthplace, but not before as far as I can see. Sorry.
