Was he later to become one of Oldbury's most famous barbers. The legendary Billy "Joones"? A lot of Jones's around the Portway Road Eel Street Whimsey Bridge area.A number of them worked on the boats. Billy Spakemon aka Dr.Brian Dakin, lived on the same council estate as me, sings of one Tummy Jones "Odebry Mon" on one of his Black Country albums.
