If you are posting in this section if you could put it in this particular way

Basically please put..In your title
1.If it is a marriage /bapt /burial
2. name of church
3. your username

Then in post put the name of church date of marriage and those concerned

This section is for look ups where those looking up can go straight to the info
So we need not just the year but the date

unless you get the info from here

which will give you the year - name of church and the last 3 numbers on the ref no are the actual entry in parish register

look ups in this section need info as above so we can go straight to info.
the vol and page no is no use.

Then when look up has been done please put Completed in title and thank the person looking it up

I can then archive this info
