Fanny B. Colbourne dau 23 born Woodsetton

Her brother Septimus Joseph Colbourn appears as Septimus Joseph Colbourn until 1881 but as Joseph in 1891

But I have found a strange entry :-
New South Wales Australia Police Gazette Missing Person 8/10/1877
"Information requested respecting Septimus Joseph Colbourne 29 years old left England two years ago for New Zealand and arrived Sydney 1 year ago he is of intemperate habits .Information to Inspector General of Police

Did he go to Australia and come back to home in 1891 ?

Also strange is fact that family show no occupation in some Census Records even though adult and many die young

Alfred Colbourn the father left £7000 in will in 1873 so that is probably why some of children had no occupation
