hi all, am new here but in need of any help anyone could give.
I have been doing my family tree for a while but have hit a brick wall, my 2nd great grandfather was born in 1830 in Windsor Berkshire but I can find no record of him here only in Kingsbury Staffordshire.
His name was Edward SOEN and was a tailor..... If anyone out there could help I would be forever grateful

Do you have Edward on any Census Record Laura? Being as he was a Tailor is a bonus as he will be recorded in the Trade Directories, try Staffs and Berkshire first off.

I spent ages looking for a marriage but could not find any thing close, according to some of the family trees on Ancestry he married a ellen / Hannah Wallis.
