As 1) Calls son George
2) Live in same area as brother John Welch
3) Age and place of birth varies but Lye on 1851 Census and correct age
4) Possibly married twice ( Ancestry Trees have married to a Mary Gibbs but this I think is wrong) I think he married before 1836 and then married again after 1851

Shows Stepson Joseph Haden aged 13 in 1861 but cannot find a marriage to a Mary Haden

So as Census was in March 1851

Only Mary Haden found in 1841 and 1851 was single and a servant but in 1851 two grandchildren Joseph and Ann with grandfather Edward Haden

I think that is Joseph Haden already on Bcc...well spotted
he prob puts down father as that ....made up of Joseph Welch and Haden ...so Joseph Haden..see that quite abit.
