This is probably correct marriage
TAYLOR Thomas S SOUTHALL Elizabeth Rowley Regis, St Giles Sandwell Register Office 18/7/141 1888
As only one around 22 years from 1911 Census
but Thomas S. not Thomas H. Taylor

St. Giles Marriage not correct as it is Thomas Samuel Taylor who marries Elizabeth Southall.
I will amend bcc records and leave Thomas Henry Taylor as marrying Elizabeth Unknown
