Looking at all the Census' I've got a feeling it could be this George on BCC but his occupation doesn't fit ...

Occupations change over time, I went from a shop assistant to a tv aerial rigger when I was 17.

Looks ok Mally
on 1881 his sister Jane is with his other sisters and she is a Licensed victualler
so looks like he followed her into it.
