Thanks again Jo. This William Parkes & Charlotte were witnesses to the marriage of a Samuel Parkes otp of Birmingham who married a Sarah Parkes otp of Dudley in the county of Worc. by licensed granted by Rev. ?? LLD in 1810. They were married at St. Peter & Paul, Birmingham. Along with Wm. & Charlotte was the X of Esther Gill, my 4x great-grandmother? Trying to find how they were connected.
