ARC-Phoebe Higgs Husband Richard

Phoebe b. 1823 dau of Edward Higgs (on BCC) married a Richard 1841. The problem is:
IGI Listing shows

St. Martin, Tipton 1841
BMSCH shows
Richard POPLAR to Phoebe Higgs St. Martin, Tipton (Pepper Box) SRO 39/2/193 1841 and
Free BMD
Richard POSTAR
Phebe Higgs
3rd Qtr. 1841
Dudley
I cannot find them on the 1851 Census using any of these spellings, can someone take a look and see if they can find them? I did find an 1841 census entry that could be Richard:
1841 Tipton, Staff.

They have the same named 3 children in both those censuses.
