Thank you everyone for your birthday wishes. Managed to get to 70 - don't feel a day over 25, except when I've walked too far, no more mountain climbing in Austria I think. Had a very busy week visiting Birmingham Museum, Black Country Museum and the new Birmingham Library (twice) and Brindley Place - which I just had to proudly show off to my cousin visiting from Kent. Lovely meal, champers and birthday cake with Lisa and Tony and the kids last night. All in all a great week. Might do it all again next week.

Don't overdo it Antie Em you may think you're 25 in your head but does your body know it? I think it's time you put those fluffy slippers on. You know the ones, those with the pom poms on !! Take up knitting or, what do they call it ? Podging !! Or is that an euphenism ?

Happy Belated Birthday Maggie. Sounds as though you had a really good time. Hope I look as good as you when I reach 70, only another 10yrs to go
