This family are hard to track as name starts as Skelding when Samuel Skelding marries Esther Shaw but reverts gradually to Sheldon then Skeldon after 1871

Need decision as to what to put under as I have added as Skeldon which is name on all records after 1871

Also can anyone find Samuel Skeldon on 1841,1851 and 1861 Census

All added but it is a right mix up on Census for Round and Skelding

Just found WW1 record for Ephraim Skeldon son of Joseph Skeldon
He died Flanders 1915
but record notes given 10 days for taking water from ditch with dead horse in it for other soldiers !!

Have changed all to Skelding with note on first entry noting surname changed gradually to Skeldon
