I use Free bmd or bmsgh or complete index on Ancestry.

Now I have noticed that Ancestry have now 1916-2005 covered.

This must be transcribed seperately from the free bmd that they appear to use up to 1915 as the name free bmd is not in the 1916-2005.

Does anyone know if these indexes have been supplied by anyone -have ancestry transcribed them?

As I found 2 members of my family that were not on free bmd but on the ancestry one!
I realise coverage varies as they add to them but what I want to know is
how complete is the coverage on the ancestry one does it cover all areas up to 2005
does anyone know
:?
