The Marriage for Daniel Green and Sarah Ann Tandy was 1872 St Andrews Netherton Dudley.

or need to find him on the census ...estimate or find his dob via free bmd..

The only Daniel Green I found on the 1871 census that was born 1851 shows Kingsford, Quarry Bank, son of Thomas & Jane. There was another Daniel born 1852 at Kingsford, Brier Hill?

As for the Ann Stevens marriage record to Tandy I don't know. I believe her name was Davies and she's listed on 1881 census with parents Issac and Ann. Ann Marie shows on 1901 census as born Quarry Bank. I could not find an Ann Stevens born Quarry Bank on the 1871 or 1881 census, only one born New Castle and one born Thorns.

the occup of thomas is a labourer
and the area netherton on marriage but kingswinford on census

so dunno
