This Thomas North:

http://bcconnections.tribalpages.com/fa ... rth-Family

Think he was actually born 1805 (age is all over the place on later census), bapt 20 Oct 1805, Brierley Hill, son of John North & Mary (Hill, m 20 Feb 1793, Kingswinford).

He married again, 1863, St John, Halesowen, to Rosanna Jewess - she was previously married (7 Feb 1824, Kingswinford, as 'Hannah Jewies') to Job Bate, b abt 1803, Kingswinford (?cant find him before marriage). Rosanna was bapt 24 Jul 1805, d of Thomas Jewess (b abt 1768 (don't know where), d Nov 1809, Brierley Hill, and Abigail Bate, b 1763, Brierley Hill (married 4 Sept 1787, Kingswinford).

Job Bate and Rosanna (Jewess) had, among others, Solomon Bate, b abt 1829, Brierley Hill. Now another interesting connection: he married Eliza North, b abt 1828, the d of Thomas North (who we started with) and Ann Mucklow): Eliza is on BCC here:
