Hi All,
One of my interests is the Raybould family who left Cradley and settled in South Wales and in my searches I noted a William Henry Raybould (aka 'Billy') who was born in Cardiff in 1944 and who played rugby for Wales and the British Lions  . The rugby link caught my attention but, sadly  , he does not seem linked to my 'branch' of the Rayboulds. However, I think he may be of a family from Netherton, Dudley and my findings are as follows:

William Henry Raybould born in Cardiff District in June quarter of 1944, 11a 685, mother’s name Payne.
Marriage of a Marshall E Raybould and a Constance J Payne in Cardiff District in June quarter of 1942, 11a 1055.

A Marshall E Raybould born in Cardiff District in June quarter of 1919, 11a 659, mother name Rogers. Marriage of an Arthur J Raybould to a Mary J Rogers in the Dudley District in the June quarter of 1916, 6b 1801 or 1[85]01.

Arthur James Raybould born in Dudley District in September quarter of 1896, 6c 103.
1911 census –Arthur James is shown as son of Elijah M Raybould (41), ‘Caretaker’, in 31 A Wolverhampton Street, Dudley with mother, Annie Raybould (39) and sisters, May Beatrice (17) and Alice Maud Mary (10). St Thomas Parish, Castle Ward
1901 – as above but address described as Dudley Institute, Wolverhampton St.

Marriage of an Elijah Matthew Raybould to Annie Wall in June quarter of 1893, 6c 47.
Birth record of an Elijah Matthew Raybould in Dudley District in March quarter of 1870.
1881 census Elijah Matthew (11) shown with father, James (55), ‘Blacksmith’, and mother Levina (45) and brothers, Charles (19), Francis (16) and George Willm (14) in Yew Tree Hills, Netherton.
Possible link to BCC below - marriage of a Francis John Raybould to a Sophie Elizabeth Horton in Dudley District in December quarter of 1890 (son of Elijah?).

Hope this is helpful to someone; a few lookups will prove or disprove my assumptions :!:

Have added all information here :

Unfortunately, the marriage for Arthur J Raybould and Mary Rogers took place at Dudley Register Office, so I can't add it to lookups to confirm the name of Arthur's father - although it does seem to be the same person. As Mumbles has added though, William Henry is still living, so we can't add him to the tree.
