But no sign of either on Census after 1881

Can anyone find Sarah or Ralph ? in 1891 and 1901

His will notes died in 1902 but probate not until 1951 !!!

Ralph Perkins of The Hollies Western Road West Hagley died 18/9/1902 at the level crossing Sweetpool lane Kidderminster
Admin London 11/5/1951 to Betsy Anne Whitehouse wife of Harold Whitehouse

This Address ties up with other members of family on bcc

Still cannot find Sarah Perkins (nee Tibbetts) or Ralph Reuben Perkins after marriage

Perkins Ralph of Lower Hagley Worcs. died 18 Sept 1902. Administration London 4 May 1903 to Sarah Perkins widow.

" Two men named Ralph Perkins & Frank Perkins Auctioneers of Cradley Heath before Mr. Yates with obtaining money by false pretences. Mr. Brooks for prosecution said prisoners attended Worsley Show on Saturday & disposed of a number of "Metal" watches for "Gold" Bail was agreed for £100

Perhaps this was reason Ralph disappeared & Frank's wife Caroline lived separate from him. Also Caroline's father was Chief Clerk to county Court and Sarah wife of Frank was daughter of well to do business man William Tibbetts who ran Malt Shovel Inn and New Inn in Rowley Regis

Tried the 1901 london prison census he might be in there ?

Everything added but still no sign of Ralph in 1891 and 1902

Wonder if he was deported if found guilty at above trial ? £100 bail was quite a bit of money

Died on railway crossing Hagley in 1902 so probably not deported
and Frank Perkins was with mother and Stepfather in 1911

William Tibbetts father of Sarah Tibbetts who married Ralph Reuben Perkins is already on bcc
and now I have added all Census & other details have found an interesting connection

added by Trisha 21/12/08 William (1827) was a Maltser and resided at the "New Inn" 32 Graingers Lane, Cradley Heath in 1861, the "Malt Shovel" on Corngreaves Road in 1871, back to the "New Inn" in 1881 and 1891 and was living at 95 Bridgework Road Wollaston in the 1901 census.
He never remarried but had several servants over the years to help him with the kids.

and Eliza Mantle 1891.
William died 19th September 1902.

Pheobe Ann Homer was servant to William Tibbetts from 1881 to 1902 when he died
but she then lived as a lady in his large house in 1911

Then when she died in 1937 ( still living in big house) she left everything in her will to Nellie Hinds(nee Tibbetts) wife of James Oswald Hinds
Nellie was granddaughter of William Tibbetts

Cannot yet find where Pheobe Homer came from as her place of birth is not clear or different on each census

Only thing outstanding is trying to find out who Pheobe Ann Homer came from
Servant to William Tibbetts and lived in House for 45 years after his death

1881 Census aged 23 born Netherton Worcs. Rowley Regis Staffs.
1891 Census aged 32 born Dudley Worcs.
1901 Census aged 42 born Rowley Regis Staffs.
1911 Census aged 51 born Hill Molton Staffs. ( could be Bilston Staffs.

Only Pheobe Homer who died in 1937 ( year of Will) was aged 83 which would put her at born 1854

Key to identifying Phoebe Homer is her niece on 1911 Census
