It's always seemed logical to me that Harry Williams wrote the music to Jack Judge's words on "It's a long way to Tipperary".Also that Jack Judge sold his part of the songwriting rights to the Williams family for a gambling bet would fit in with the character Jack Judge.
Also that the final touches of the song was completed in The Malt Shovel,Oldbury is not too difficult to believe.
