watched this last night

I have put the link on here

go to 6.05 where it shows the Marriage of William Toy and Ann Lebay

it clearly says Lebay at top and where they sign with X
Fiona reads it out as Lebay too
but on tree done by BBc /historians ...says Debay

go to 13-17 and you can see some of the tree where it says Ann Debay!!

The historians in the "show" have said she is Ann Debay...................well I have looked up loads of records
and that to me looks like an L not a D

wot u think?

So why have they on that family tree that is shown and drawn up by ??? put Ann Debay
and the commentator even says Ann Debay!!

think it is a mistake!!

I can't get that link living outside of the UK as i do but if i may be blunt Janet i'd "put me money where me mouth is " and phone or write to them about the mistake you think they've made!!

Barb and Mallyb .....did you see the commentator even said Debay Sandy wotever her name is

they are wrong
they have written it incorrectly .................on the ruddy tree ......how have they got away with that
sack em!!

Poor Fiona ...............did she say debay thinking that was what it was after it was written
on her tree...........by historians or whoever put it together..............and another thing
doesn't anyone check stuff!!
