I have found another unwanted certificate, obtained in my search for my 'Guest' connection. I cannot find a link on BCC but others may be interested and/or want to start a new thread.

I have a copy of the death certificate for the death of a John Guest on 2 April 1858, aged 86 years; the certificate shows his occupation was a 'Bagging Weaver (journeyman)' and he was living in Oakey Well Street Dudley at the time of his demise. His death was registered by a Benjm Guest (son?) of Queen Street, Dudley.

A quick search of the 1851 census shows a Benjamin Guest, a 'Weaver', aged 79 years living in Gads Lane, Dudley with a Joseph and Elizabeth Guest (another son and daughter-in-law?). They are all shown to have been born in Sedgeley.

Hope this is helpful to someone. I will send you a copy of the certificate if you find a thread to persue

According to the death cert it should be June Qtr, there isnt one. only this,
