He arrived yesterday by steam boat from Spain with all his black helpers.Bad Piet,Helpful Piet,Clever Piet and all the other Black Piets.
MY grandson stayed at ours last night and he put his shoe by the door with a cup of water and an apple.
This morning when he came down stairs they had been replaced by a little toy and a ginger biscuit!!!

You haven't got to be ready Liz!! He,Sint Nikolass,doesn't come to England.He stays in Holland and it's celebrated the 5th December so he's not too early.
Anyway,listen to this,those black peters have been classed as racist by the United Nations no less and they will be banned from 2015!!!

I know Rob , It was on our news yesterday . Its shame on the politicians .I always think u must be racist ,when u think every thing is racist . If you know what I mean . Anyway I thought Saint Nikolass was Father Christmas . I thought they had already banned Golliwogs,but I am told by my better half that they are not ,and we are to call them Gollies. I have always liked Gollies ,and have always wanted one ,and I am not racist.

Its all racist, just using the word Black is now racist and not allowed, its become ridiculous this PC nonsence. In some situation it seems that it is just the middle class whites are the ones who are offended and no one else.

I guess you will just have to find actual black people instead of whites blacking up.

my daughters partner is black ,he knows people get embarrassed about saying anything that might offend him .He does not mind people saying " blackman ", it depends in what context it is used . He also went to see the film Django , he thought it was great , when in the film," niggers" was mentioned , he laughed and found it very funny . He is one of the nicest guys I know .

It's usually a case of not what is said, but how it is said. Nigger wasn't always a "bad" word, it was just a noun until it started being used in a derogative sense.
I think I know how your daughter's partner feels - as a European immigrant I'm treated very differently to others, people start talking about immigrant workers in a negative sense, and don't even think that it could offend me - it does though. I am no different to any other foreign worker who has chosen to move to Denmark, and the laws that are made affect me too!

My granddaughter a beautiful 16 year old half Somalian girl was helping me with the weekly groceries and i suppose i was telling her what to do,you know fetch this and fetch that, and this is a few years ago,she suddenly said after another order from, me,i may be black but i'm not your slave!! I thought it was extremely funny but she meant it i think!!

This is the result of Political Correctness and how anything and everything can cause offence. a mural painted on a school wall in 1936 of Alice in Wonderland has recently been restored, but a parent complained to the police that it was racist as it had a picture of a golliwog in it.

just shows the ignorance and mentality of the person who complained if it was painted yesterday then they would have a valid argument but because it is old and poss historic value should we destroy it if so then a lot of world history and art would be lost
