Can we see Maria in any other Census?

Ages are a bit out:
Baptisms at Brierley Hill, all children of Benjamin & Sarah Shakespeare:
12 Apr 1812 Maria
19 Aug 1810 Elijah

Not sure who the nephews and niece are:
Only possible bapt for one of them is Benjamin:
Bapt 14 Oct 1854, s of Benjamin & Sarah, Brettell Lane, Roller, Iron Trade, born 18 March 1853

Curiously, he was bapt again(!) 18 March 1855 - same date of birth - this time fathers occupation Iron Trade, also bapt same day was a brother, William, born 18 Feb 1855.
Another bapt for this couple another son Benjamin bapt 26 July 1846, born 28 Feb 1840 - address also Brettell Lane, fathers occupation Small Roller.
All above at Brierley Hill.

Think we need to find Priscilla in 1851 to see who parents are - there is no Priscilla on WestMids BMD for this period!

Checked FreeBMD, only two entries for a Priscilla Shakespeare in the right period - a birth 1846 in Birmingham, and a marriage 1868 in Gateshead. I'm beginning to think she doesn't exist!! - perhaps Priscilla was a middle name?

I think this is the 'Benjamin & Sarah' family:

Mary? Court, F.S - Not born in county

Likely marriage:
11 Apr 1836, Sedgley, Benjamin Shakespeare & Sarah Wassell

And the baptism for son William:
4 Feb 1838, Brierley Hill, s of Benjamin & Sarah, Brettell Lane, Roller

I don't think the 'Benjamin & Sarah' family is anything to do with the nephews & niece (Priscilla) that we are looking for.

However, I am now confused.....

WHY is Benjamin still having children baptised with the mothers name given as Sarah AFTER he had been married twice more!! (To Caroline Broadfield in 1845, and Elizabeth Garland in 1853).

Where are the children?
I can only see Wm and Benjamin on Bcc and they are within the "living" period of Sarah
before Ben marries again.

I think what is on BCC is correct.
Cant explain why there seem to be children bapt for Benjamin and Sarah after Benjamin had remarried, it could be a different couple, but it seems a big coincidence to be living in same place and have same occupation, ..................and one of the children fits as one of the nephews in the census entry in first post.

However, there is a possible death for Benjamins wife Sarah in 1841: Kingswinford, Dudley Register Office KIN/004/224

Likely burial:
11 March 1841, Brierley Hill, Sarah Shakespeare, 22, Brettell Lane

So it looks like those later baptisms may be a different couple

that burial fits with Benjamins first wife Sarah being Sarah Wassell:

There are these baptisms, both at Brierley Hill:
21 June 1818, Sarah d of William & Sarah Wassell
8 Aug 1830, Eliza d of William & Sarah Wassell
Remember - in 1841 Benjamin has an Eliza Wassell, aged 10, living with him, and his wife, Sarah, who has presumably died, is not there.

I'm at a loss as to who those nephews and the niece are - thought I had found a possibility for Benjamin, but it seems the one and only one I found was child of a different Benjamin & Sarah, so can't be a nephew via Benjamin & Sarah on BCC: there seem to be no records of them apart from that census entry, unless....that Priscilla I found on free BMD is one of them - still wonder if Priscilla was a middle name?
