I don't know if anyone remembers, but I queried this a while back........
I was working on the assumption that their daughter Emily, was being bought up by her Grandparents for some reason, until I found this

1891: 12 Causeway Road, Rowley Regis
Charles Willetts 45 Head Coal M Lab at Colliery
Mary A Willetts 43 Wife
Martha Tromans 63 Mother In Law
all born R/Regis

So this can't be Mary A Evans

Ok well that marriage for a Charles Willetts to a Mary ann Evans looked good
but the Tromans as mother in law dont get unless Mary ann was a Tromans and so not our Mary ann and then married an Evans
and the name Martha is wrong as mother so cant be ours

only way I see it is look up maybe some of those marriages or send for birth
so I am bowing out on this one...we got other ones to chase....rather than our tail on this.
