FRANKS Thomas BADLEY Jane Dudley, St Thomas Dudley Register Office 204/001/198 1837
Surname variously Bradley and Bodley and Bodily on Ancestry and other sites
Jane may have been widow as children were Franks in 1841 and some changed to Bodley in 1851

Thanks RF that settles it I will use Badley and make note on Bcc that sometimes changes to Bodley
