COMPLETED Tobias Hingley

I've been looking at my Hingley ancestors and found several entries in Trade directories for Tobias Hingley including this one:
Pigot's Directory
Year: 1842
County: Stafford
Parish: Rowley Regis &c
Profession:
Chain & Trace Makers: Hingley Tobias, Cradley Heath
Taverns: Rose & Crown, Tobias Hingley, Haden Hill
Beer Seller: Hingley Tobias, Cradley Heath
Other trade directories over the years show Tobias to be at the Heath Tavern in Cradley Heath.
Googling then found the Black Country Gob where there are photos of the Rose & Crown at Haden Hill
Trouble is according to BCG Tobias' wife is called Eleanor, which is confirmed by the 1851 census, rather than Mary Ann as shown by BCC and confirmed by census entries from 1841 - 1871
There are two entries in the non-parochial Parish register records:
Register Book of Baptisms
Chapel: Park Lane Chapel
Denom: Presbyterian
Place: Cradley with Stourbridge
County: Worcester
Founded: 1796
Folio: 50
Page 91
1795.
No 141
Tobias Son of James and Mary Hingley of Furnace Lane in the Parish of Rowley in the County of Stafford Confirmed October 19th 1795
Register Book of Baptisms
Chapel: Park Lane Chapel
Denom: Presbyterian
Place: Cradley with Stourbridge
County: Worcester
Founded: 1796
Folio: 116
Page 225
1817.
No 1232
Tobias Son of James and Mary Hingley Just of the Parish of Rowley and County of Stafford September 22nd 1817
The latter one conforming to the 1851 census entry and the former to those showing Tobias to being married to Mary Ann.
So I appear to have two Tobias Hingleys both parented by James & Mary but being baptised 22 years apart.
There must be a simple answer but I can't see it, can anyone help?
