Description: DSCAM/3/495/1: Probate (17 May 1862) of the will (dated 17 Apr. 1862) of Richard Yardley of Princes End, parish of Sedgley, Staffs., boiler maker; son-in-law, Samuel Bolton and Sarah his wife to have free use of his dwellinghouse at Princes End, for life; otherwise, all to be sold for equal division between children ; executors, Thomas Lewis Nicklin of Bloomfield, parish of Tipton and Joseph Nicklin of Princes End, parish of Tipton. Codicil (same date) authorising Thomas Lewis Nicklin to receive 150 due from the Trustees of the Wesleyan Methodist Chapel, Bloomfield and from it pay son-in-law, Samuel Bolton, 100. Affidavit by Samuel Lees Millington of Princes End, parish of Tipton, office clerk, of the due execution of the codicil, 12 May 1862.
