Thomas Beard 21 B labourer West Bromwich Father : Samuel Beard Stove(store) Dealer
Mary Parkes 21 S West Bromwich Father: Joseph Parkes Nailer
witnesses: Samuel Beard - Eliza Beard

Now i reckon it's the same one as mentioned below.
