Would like to fill in another gap on the BCC site

Sarah Stevens married Joseph Henley Mansell abt 1838 FREEBDB Oct-Dec 1838, Oxford Vol 16 page 205
He was governor of Bicester workshouse and Sarah was Matron, UK Census 1841 & 1851 Oxford
Can you please confirm this and add to the BCC family tree for this family.

What about the Edwin E Mansell aged 14 in 1841, listed below Sarah in the census; born Cradley according to 1851 census,
Is that her son or step-son?

Sarah Mansell, died 14 Dec 1886 at Bicester, Oxfordshire.

She was buried 18 Dec 1886 at St Edburgh's Church, Bicester, Oxfordshire.

Sarah left a Will leaving £276 10s 10d which was proved by her nephew Joseph Connup of Blackheath and a John Bloomer of Cradley Heath

Joseph Henley Mansell died 27 Nov 1873 at Bicester, Oxfordshire.

He was buried 2 Dec 1873 at St Edburgh's Church, Bicester, Oxfordshire.

Joseph left a will leaving effects under £4000 which was proved by his wife Sarah Mansell and Joseph Connup of Rowley Regis

Only reference I found was this but no Joseph.
Sarah Stevens married Joseph Henley Mansell abt 1838 FREEBDB Oct-Dec 1838, Oxford Vol 16 page 205
