Hi DT yes I think it is them, did note that James says he was not born in Worcs in 1841 which is correct as Oldbury Halesowen was in Salop in 1841. If the family were Presbyterians I would see if Worcester Record Office has Pres Chuch Records for Oldbury & Dudley.
