While im awaiting some birth certs to come through, i decided to check what else i could be doing
and came across another Staffordshire person that i seam not to have too much info on

George Henry Tonks B: abt 1871 Tipton, Staffordshire Died 5 Dec 1948 Castleford, yorkshire
he married Sarah Jane Williamson 29 June 1895 in the district of Barnsley,
he was 25yrs Bachelor (miner) and she was 19yrs spinster (Domestic Servant)

george Henry's father was a John tonks also a miner

I have found them on the 1901 census
George H Tonks head age 30 B:Tipton Staffordshire
sarah J Tonks wife age 24 B: Tipton Staffordshire
John H Tonks son age 2 B: Smethwich, Staffordshire
Wilfred L Tonks Son age 1 month B: Great Preston, yorkshire

was wondering if anyone could find anything or give me some clue where to look next

Also George Tonks 21 bach. miner of the city s od Joseph Tonks miner - (family name and occ.) and Mary Ann Harris sp Brades d of William lab wit John Sims Ann Sims

the information i got about John being the father was from the marriage cert of George Henry Tonks age 25 Bachelor occ : Coal miner, residence : Royston, Barnsley. Father John Tonks Profession Coal miner
sarah Jane williamson age 19 Spinster occ: domestic Servant, residence Grange House, springfield Street. Barnsley
witnesess : Thomas John Hall
