Hi Annie I asked this a while ago and Sandwell Registry office told me this...

We cover the lion's share of Rowley Regis, Cradley Heath and Old
Hill, which include Redall Hill, Tibbetts Gardens and part of Corngreaves
Road, all separate areas but under the overall banner of Rowley Regis
which was a sub district of Dudley, however any overlaps are covered by
both Stourbridge and Dudley.

and Dudley Registration office gave me this info...

1. For 1837-1940 write to
PRIORY HALL
PRIORY PARK
DUDLEY
DY1 4EU
Tel: 01384-815373
or

2.After 1940-date write to
STOURBRIDGE REGISTRY OFFICE
CROWN LANE
STOURBRIDGE
DY8 1YA
Tel: 01384-815385

Dudley council now Covers the following areas:
Stourbridge
Brierley Hill
Halesowen
Blackheath (small part)
Tipton (small part Princes End part)
Kingswinford
Quarry Bank
Dudley Centre
Sedgley
Cradley (small part)
Poss Netherton area
poss some Rowley Regis

I tend to get my certifs online via Dudley or if Sandwell then send them a cheque and print off the info on the bmsgh re ref no

Hi Northan Lass

Thank you for your reply and the information is a great help and I have made a note of it, sorry not to reply before now my PC been to repair shop for a service and a bit more memory adding on.

I filled in one of those on line forms and sent it to the wrong Register office, the lady was very kind and telephoned me up to say send it to Birmingham they should have it.
