Why are there on 1851 living with Benjamin Lilley

Elijah Southall aged 26 (trans as 36 on ancestry)
Thomas Southall aged 21
living with Benjamin Lilley and wife Elizabeth (Grainger)

down as sons on 1851

on 1841 looks like Elizabeth Southall aged 15 dau

cant see bapt to fit

Hannah Grainger aged 18 on 1841 so Elizabeth wife of Benjamin looks like a Grainger
but whether that is her maiden name not sure

anyone work it out pls
