Hello all - hope you had a wonderful day yesterday and looking forward to another wonderful day today.
Think I have a hangover - or could it be wine flu ??

Hi Aunty Em and everyone, another Christmas day gone. Floods still about ,but all my family made it to my house yesterday. The youngest daughter drove through a foot of water by Pershore bridge, she was ok. I think she found it quite thrilling ,but she would not like to do it too often or go through a flood any higher.. So I hope you all had a great time, and enjoy the rest of the Christmas holls.!

We did our celebrating Christmas Eve, but rather than the traditional roast duck or pork, we had turkey, complete with stuffing and cranberry sauce. So yesterday and today are quite relaxed.

I just ate a slice of toast - first food for 36 hours!
I spent most of yesterday in A&E while they did their best to diagnose severe abdominal pains which had been building-up for a couple of days. Not the best of Christmas Days for me
The turkey still needs to be cooked and my husband says he is willing to give it a go...
Happy Christmas one and all!

I hope not!
They said it might have been a passing gallstone or else the result of being on antiflam tablets for a frozen shoulder. Anyhow, I'm feeling a tad better now thank you. I ate a few pieces of melon just now so things are looking up. My family is cooking Christmas dinner under direction - more exhausting for me than doing it myself I think!
