Noticed Rich Tea had posted on the Swingler family, we have 19 on BCC, I think they are all one family, descended from Thomas:-

A major part of the clan in Bcc are descended from William Swingler (born 1830-1835), who says In the 1881 census that he comes from Leicestershire. http://bcconnections.tribalpages.com/tr ... onnections
This fits with the earlier census details unearthed by Linell for Thomas which include a William, and it seems likely that William (1830/1835) was the son of Thomas. In which case, some connections can be made.

Don't know what you mean RT, she is on as Beatrice Minnie Tipton Linell.
