Hello I'm Andy from south wales just started looking into my family Lewis, Phillips, Evans and Jones. got to 1845 so far. Is there a cheap and easy way to get birth marriage and death certificates.

if the marriages are in the area you live you might able to look it up at the local archive

Births and Deaths are registered, so sorry, there is only one way to get the details and that's from the local or national Register office. Don't buy them through a third party, this will cost you a lot more.
Marriages, if they took place in a Register Office, will cost the same, but marriages in a church might be lodged, as Peter says, with the local archives, usually costing about 50 pence for a copy, but you do have to know the church. If you ask these local archives to send you a copy, it will probably cost you about £10.00 - they usually charge for their time.
You can also look for Baptisms and Buriels if you have access to the local archive.

Marriages: 1,226,650 records covering 1539-1927 "“ see detailed coverage (PDF)
Banns: 557,078 records covering 1603-1927 "“ see detailed coverage (PDF)
Burials: 2,057,453 records covering 1539-2007 "“ see detailed coverage (PDF)
These records cover the following counties: Anglesey, Brecknockshire, Caernarvonshire, Cardiganshire, Carmarthenshire, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Glamorganshire, Merionethshire, Monmouthshire, Montgomeryshire, Pembrokeshire and Radnorshire.
Welsh County Archivists Group and the National Library of Wales have provided findmypast.co.uk with these records, which make up the Wales Collection.
